目的：观察研究老年慢性肾功能衰竭患者在接受幽门螺杆菌感染治疗前、后血氨的变化情况。方法：选择我院收治的老年慢性肾功能衰竭且幽门螺杆菌阳性患者84例作为观察组，并将幽门螺杆菌检出阴性的84例作为对照组。对两组患者的血氨检测值进行综合对比与分析。结果：观察组患者接受治疗前，血氨检测均值为（27.1±2.3）umol/L，明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组患者接受治疗后，血氨检测均值为（11.2±1.5）umol/L，明显低于接受治疗前（P＜0.05），差异具有统计学意义。结论：老年慢性肾功能衰竭患者出现幽门螺杆菌感染症状后会导致机体血氨明显升高，对其进行幽门螺杆菌抗感染治疗有积极疗效，可降低血氨检测值，对延缓肾功能衰竭意义显著，值得临床关注并研究。
목적：관찰연구노년만성신공능쇠갈환자재접수유문라간균감염치료전、후혈안적변화정황。방법：선택아원수치적노년만성신공능쇠갈차유문라간균양성환자84례작위관찰조，병장유문라간균검출음성적84례작위대조조。대량조환자적혈안검측치진행종합대비여분석。결과：관찰조환자접수치료전，혈안검측균치위（27.1±2.3）umol/L，명현고우대조조（P＜0.05）；관찰조환자접수치료후，혈안검측균치위（11.2±1.5）umol/L，명현저우접수치료전（P＜0.05），차이구유통계학의의。결론：노년만성신공능쇠갈환자출현유문라간균감염증상후회도치궤체혈안명현승고，대기진행유문라간균항감염치료유적겁료효，가강저혈안검측치，대연완신공능쇠갈의의현저，치득림상관주병연구。
Objective:To observe the elderly patients with chronic renal failure in h. pylori infection therapy before and after the change of blood ammonia and characteristics.Methods: choose me institutes were elderly, 84 cases of patients with chronic renal failure and helicobacter pylori positive as observation group, the negative and helicobacter pylori detected 84 cases as control group. On two groups of patients with bl ood ammonia detection value of comprehensive comparison and analysis.Results:The observation group of patients before treatment, blood ammonia detection averages(27.±2.3)umol/L, significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05); Observation group of patients after treatment, blood ammonia detection averages(11.2±1.5)umol/L, significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion:Elderly patients with chronic renal failure disease symptoms of helicobacter pylori infection can cause the body's blood ammonia increased significantly after helicobacter pylori anti-infection treatment to have a positive effect, can reduce blood ammonia readings, have significant meaning to delay progression of renal failure, is worthy of clinical attention and research further.
