目前在绩效评价过程中，常使用的包络数据分析方法的评价结果对所选用的财务指标非常敏感，为避免维度灾难，必须对众多特征所构成的高维财务数据进行维度约简。以电信运营商省分公司的绩效评价为例，为找寻最适财务指标组合，运用支持向量机方法建模分析，实现了从158种特征集合到5种特征组合的维数约简。

Currently in the process of performance evaluation, the results with data envelopment analysis method which is commonly used are very sensitive to the chosen financial ratios. In order to avoid the curse of dimensionality, it is necessary to reduce the dimensions of the financial data sets including multiple attributes and features. Taking telecom operator provincial branch as ex-ample, to find the optimal combination of financial indicators, the support vector machine approach is introduced to model and analyze performance evaluation. It achieves the effect of dimension reduction from 158 to five.
