目的：探讨康艾注射液联合FLO化疗方案治疗晚期胃癌的安全性及可行性。方法统计分析2012年1月至2014年1月收治的50例晚期胃癌患者的临床资料。结果观察组患者治疗的总有效率60％（15／25）明显比对照组24％（6／25）高（ P ＜0．05）；观察组患者的白细胞减少、血小板减少、贫血、恶心呕吐、肝功能异常、肾功能异常、脱发发生率52％（13／25）、36％（9／25）、20％（5／25）、48％（12／25）、24％（6／25）、8％（2／25）、12％（3／25）均明显比对照组96％（24／25）、48％（12／25）、56％（14／25）、68％（17／25）、44％（11／25）、16％（4／25）、40％（10／25）低（ P ＜0．05）；观察组患者治疗前后生存质量的改善率84％（21／25）明显比对照组48％（12／25）高（ P ＜0．05）。结论康艾注射液联合FLO化疗方案治疗晚期胃癌安全可行。
목적：탐토강애주사액연합FLO화료방안치료만기위암적안전성급가행성。방법통계분석2012년1월지2014년1월수치적50례만기위암환자적림상자료。결과관찰조환자치료적총유효솔60％（15／25）명현비대조조24％（6／25）고（ P ＜0．05）；관찰조환자적백세포감소、혈소판감소、빈혈、악심구토、간공능이상、신공능이상、탈발발생솔52％（13／25）、36％（9／25）、20％（5／25）、48％（12／25）、24％（6／25）、8％（2／25）、12％（3／25）균명현비대조조96％（24／25）、48％（12／25）、56％（14／25）、68％（17／25）、44％（11／25）、16％（4／25）、40％（10／25）저（ P ＜0．05）；관찰조환자치료전후생존질량적개선솔84％（21／25）명현비대조조48％（12／25）고（ P ＜0．05）。결론강애주사액연합FLO화료방안치료만기위암안전가행。
Objective To investigate the safety and feasibility of Kang'ai injection combined with FLO chemotherapy in treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Methods The clinical data of 50 patients with advanced gastric cancer from January 2012 to January 2014 in our hospital were statistically analyzed.Results The total effective rate 60%(15/25) in observation group was significantly higher than that 24%( 6/25 ) in control group ( P <0.05 ).The incidences of neutropenia, thrombocytopenia,anemia,nausea,vomiting,liver dysfunction,renal dysfunction,alopecia in observation group were 52%(13/25),36%(9/25),20%(5/25),48%(12/25),24%(6/25),8%(2/25),12%(3/25),respectively,which were significantly lower than those in control group,96%(24/25),48%(12/25),56%(14/25),68%(17/25),44%(11/25), 16%(4/25),40%(10/25),respectively ( P <0.05).The improvement rate of life quality before and after treatment in treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group [84% (21/25) vs 48% (12/25),( P <0.05)]. Conclusion Kang'ai injection combined with FLO chemotherapy is safe and feasible in treatment of advanced gastric cancer.
