目的:观察血管内皮生长因子-C( VEGF-C)和肝细胞生长因子( HGF)蛋白在食管鳞癌组织中的表达,并探讨其相关性和临床意义。方法应用免疫组化检测VEGF-C和HGF蛋白在食管癌组织中的表达情况。结果VEGF-C蛋白在不同浸润深度、分化程度及TNM分期的食管癌组织中的表达差异均有统计学意义( P <0?.05),有淋巴结转移者的阳性率高于无淋巴结转移者,差异有统计学意义( P <0.05);HGF蛋白在食管鳞癌中的表达高于癌旁正常组织,且与肿瘤直径、浸润深度、分化程度及淋巴结转移有关;VEGF-C与HGF蛋白在食管癌组织中表达呈正相关。结论 VEGF-C及HGF蛋白表达与食管癌的侵袭、转移关系密切,两者可能具有协同作用。

목적:관찰혈관내피생장인자-C( VEGF-C)화간세포생장인자( HGF)단백재식관린암조직중적표체,병탐토기상관성화림상의의。방법응용면역조화검측VEGF-C화HGF단백재식관암조직중적표체정황。결과VEGF-C단백재불동침윤심도、분화정도급TNM분기적식관암조직중적표체차이균유통계학의의( P <0?.05),유림파결전이자적양성솔고우무림파결전이자,차이유통계학의의( P <0.05);HGF단백재식관린암중적표체고우암방정상조직,차여종류직경、침윤심도、분화정도급림파결전이유관;VEGF-C여HGF단백재식관암조직중표체정정상관。결론 VEGF-C급HGF단백표체여식관암적침습、전이관계밀절,량자가능구유협동작용。
Objective To observe the expression of VEGF-C and HGF protein in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,and to explore their clinical significance and correlation with esophageal cancer.Methods The expression levels of VEGF-C and HGF protein in esophageal carcinoma tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry.Results There were significant differences in the expression levels of VEGF-C protein in different depth of invasion,differentiation and TNM staging of esophageal carcinoma ( P <0.05),and the expression positive rates of VEGF-C in the patients with lymph node metastasis were significantly higher than those of patients without lymph node metastasis ( P <0.05 ) .The expression levels of HGF protein in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma were higher than those of normal tissues beside cancer,moreover,which were correlated to the diameter of tumor,depth of invasion,differentiation and lymph node metastasis.The expression of VEGF-C was positively related with that of HGF protein in esophageal cancer tissue.Conclusion The expressions of VEGF-C and HGF protein are closely related to the invasion and metastasis of esophageal carcinoma,furthermore,VEGF-C and HGF may have synergetic effects.
