通过对国内科技期刊刊群不同层面专家的访谈，进一步了解和剖析刊群建设的影响因素、动力机制等深层次的问题。选取刊群负责人、数据库商、技术公司、专家学者等为访谈对象，将相关问题汇总成访谈提纲，由访谈代表进行书面填答。访谈结果表明，大部分专家在刊群建设方面有共性认识，同时在各自视角也提出对刊群建设的个性化意见。

Through the deep interview of domestic journal clusters of different level experts, to further understand and analyze the dynamic mechanism, influence factors of issue of the construction of the clusters and other deep-seated problems. We select the journal clusters responsible person, business database, technology companies, scholars as the interview object and summary the related problems into the outline of interview and invite them to a writ en answer. The results showed that, most experts have common understanding in the journal clusters construction, at the same time, it is also proposed personalized advice from their view.
