目的:研究PBL(Problem-based learning,PBL)教学结合整形病例在耳鼻喉教学中的可行性。方法:采用自编教案,将PBL教学结合临床整形病例应用于本科生理论学习与实习教学中,引入美学观念,并进行量表分析。结果:PBL教学结合整形典型病例在教学中是可行的,总体结果无明显差别,在细节上实习阶段优于理论学习阶段。结论:PBL教学在临床课程学习与临床实习阶段开展都是可行的,但远期教学效果如何仍需进一步观察。

목적:연구PBL(Problem-based learning,PBL)교학결합정형병례재이비후교학중적가행성。방법:채용자편교안,장PBL교학결합림상정형병례응용우본과생이론학습여실습교학중,인입미학관념,병진행량표분석。결과:PBL교학결합정형전형병례재교학중시가행적,총체결과무명현차별,재세절상실습계단우우이론학습계단。결론:PBL교학재림상과정학습여림상실습계단개전도시가행적,단원기교학효과여하잉수진일보관찰。
Objective To study the feasibility of PBL teaching combined with plastic case in otolaryngology teaching. Methods A self-designed teaching, PBL teaching combined with clinical plastic case was applied to the study of theory and practice in the teaching of undergraduates, the introduction of the concept of aesthetics, and scale analysis. Results A typical case of plastic combined with PBL teaching was feasible in the teaching, no significant difference in overall results, practice in details on the stage was more than the theoretical study stage. Conclusion The PBL teaching in learning and clinical course practice stage development is feasible, but the long-term effect needs further observation of teaching.
