以农用运输车减振为目的,建立了二自由度农用运输车油气悬架系统的数学模型,分析了油气悬架系统数学模型的非线性特性。运用AMEsim仿真软件,采用阶跃信号、谐波信号和随机信号模拟农用运输车典型行驶路况,对比分析了被动悬架和油气悬架的振动特性,验证了数学模型的正确性。通过比较两种悬架的振动特性、非线性特性和车身高度偏离静平衡状态的程度等3项指标,表明采用油气悬架可明显改善农用运输车悬架的振动性能,提高行驶平顺性和乘坐舒适性。

For the purpose of vibration reduction of agricultural vehicle , it establishes two degrees mathematical model of the hydro-pneumatic suspension for the agricultural vehicle and analyzes their non -linear characteris-tics.It uses step signal , harmonic signal and random signal to simulate typical road conditions for the agricultural vehicle based on AMEsim software , compares the vibration characteristics of the passive suspension and hydro -pneumatic suspension , analyzes the correctness of the model , obtains the vibration characteristic , nonlinear char-acteristics and state level from static balance of the body of the two suspension .The results show that the method improves the vibration characteristic and performance for hydro -pneumatic suspension .
