为研究可变功能机械设计变更过程和相关设计方法,从机械产品概念设计的角度出发,基于功能‐结构映射模型,分析了机械产品在设计变更中功能与结构之间的映射关系,提出了3种变更约束规则。借助工程设计学中功能抽象化的方法进行功能关联性分析,并将产品结构分解为变更结构体和共享结构体,通过结构体的组合来实现产品的设计变更。在此基础上,建立了产品设计变更流程图,将变更过程划分为5个阶段,并提出变更执行图。最后基于功能‐结构映射模型,通过设计变更执行图对CA6140车床进行了数控改造,验证了该映射模型应用于机械产品可变功能设计变更的可行性。

To study the design change process of adaptable‐function machine and its relevant design methodology ,the mapping relationship between function and structure in the process of design change on mechanical products were investigated from the perspective of conceptual design based on function‐structure mapping model .Three constraint rules of design change were proposed ,in‐cluding the mapping relationship ,the constitute relationship and the bidirectional constraint rela‐tionship .The associations of functions were analyzed by means of function abstraction in engi‐neering design ,by which the product structure was decomposed into changing structure and sha‐ring structure ,and the design change could be realized by recombination of the two kinds of structures .Based on these ,the design change flowchart and five fundamental steps for realization of design change were proposed ,together with a design change execution figure .Finally ,a case study of redesigning the numerically control of CA6140 machine was provided to validate the fea‐sibility of the proposed methodology ,by using the execution figure of design change .
