随着科学技术的发展,工业自动化、智能化程度越来越高。在马口铁三片罐制罐生产线远程状态监测及故障诊断系统中,为了完成对分散控制网络的状态监控及设备的诊断维护,实现远程监控的功能,提出基于欧姆龙CJ2M-CPU32及美国邦纳BAMS系统与INTERNET结合的马口铁三片罐制罐生产线远程状态监测及故障诊断系统。通过对此系统进行分析得出,其不仅能够利用本地计算机网络实时监视和控制远端焊机的生产线而实现远程监控的功能,同时还能够通过远程监控及时有效的对设备的运行状态进行合理监视和控制,确保系统的稳定运行,满足了工业生产对远程监控技术的要求,值得推广使用。

With the development of science and technology, industrial automation, intelligent higher. Results were analyzed by this system, it is not only able to use the local computer network real-time monitoring and control of remote welding production lines and remote monitoring functions,but also be able to timely and effective running status of devices monitored by RMON reasonable and control to ensure stable operation of the system to meet the industrial requirements of remote monitoring technology,should be introduced.
