针对在高温、特殊工况工业现场环境下运行的大型冶金设备滚动轴承存在的故障率高、检测和维修困难等问题,利用振动特征信息能够实时反映设备的运行状态和变化规律这一特点,分析了滚动轴承在运行过程中振动故障机理,并根据设备运转特性布局系统测点,搭建硬件测试平台,设计了以LabWindowsCVI为开发平台的轴承故障诊断系统。最后通过实验验证结果表明,本系统能够准确的对数据进行采集和分析,可应用于实际工业现场。
針對在高溫、特殊工況工業現場環境下運行的大型冶金設備滾動軸承存在的故障率高、檢測和維脩睏難等問題,利用振動特徵信息能夠實時反映設備的運行狀態和變化規律這一特點,分析瞭滾動軸承在運行過程中振動故障機理,併根據設備運轉特性佈跼繫統測點,搭建硬件測試平檯,設計瞭以LabWindowsCVI為開髮平檯的軸承故障診斷繫統。最後通過實驗驗證結果錶明,本繫統能夠準確的對數據進行採集和分析,可應用于實際工業現場。

According to the problem of large metallurgical equipment high failure rate, testing and maintenance difficulties at high temperatures, special conditions of industrial field environments rolling bearing exists, the use of vibration feature information in real time to reflect the operating status and changes of equipment this feature, analyzing the rolling bearing vibration during operation, fault mechanism, and equipment operating characteristics of the layout of the system according to the measuring point, set up the hardware test platform designed to LabWindowsCVI platform for the development of bearing fault diagnosis system. Finally, the experimental validation results show that the system can accurately for data collection and analysis can be applied to real industrial field.
