研究目的：通过对高速铁路采用规矩的技术可行性、经济合理性以及哈国铁路技术的长远角度发展，来确定选择合理的轨距。<br> 研究结论：从工程投资和经济效益角度分析，250~300km/h速度目标值略优，但是考虑本线在哈国的意义，及从功能定位分析、时间目标值适应性、技术先进性和与区域经济发展的适应性分析，建议采用350km/h速度方案。

연구목적：통과대고속철로채용규구적기술가행성、경제합이성이급합국철로기술적장원각도발전，래학정선택합리적궤거。<br> 연구결론：종공정투자화경제효익각도분석，250~300km/h속도목표치략우，단시고필본선재합국적의의，급종공능정위분석、시간목표치괄응성、기술선진성화여구역경제발전적괄응성분석，건의채용350km/h속도방안。
Research purposes: The analysis of the time target value of high-speed railway, construction cost, environmental requirements, regional economy and the adaptability of speed, the technical feasibility, the development of Kazakhstan railway technology, are made for the purpose of determining the reasonable speed target value of the Astana---Alma-Ata of Kazakhstan high-speed Railway. <br> Research conclusions:From the analysis of construction cost and economic benefits, the speed target value of 250~300km/h is little better, but the line in Kazakhstan is very important, and the analysis of the time target value of adaptability, advanced technology and the adaptability of regional economy, the 350km/h speed scheme is suggested.
