随着城市生活节奏的加快，人们工作压力的加大，在进行商业建筑景观设计时，宜居性越来越成为重要的考虑因素。本文从宜居性的概念出发，提出了在商业建筑景观设计中，宜居性的架构和表达，即贯穿以人为本；健全生态绿化设计观念；尊重人的私密性和社会性；适应使用者消费心理；树立绿色发展理念。并以上海市杨浦区海上海商业街的景观设计为研究对象，阐述商业建筑景观设计的宜居特性表现，以期提出科学的参考依据，使其能在城市环境景观系统的开发中发挥出更大的作用。

With the city to accelerate the pace of life, increasing work pressure, in the landscape design of commercial building, livability has become a more and more important role. In this paper, from the concept of livability, and the expression of the livability of architecture in the landscape design of commercial building is presented, to perfect the ecological greening, respect people's privacy and social adaptation and consumer psychology of the users, and establish the concept of green development. Lastly, the performance characteristics of the commercial building livable landscape design is described in the landscape design of Haishanghai commercial street in Yangpu district Shanghai, and it can be concluded that livability play a greater role in the development of the urban environment and landscape in the landscape design.
