城市新区是现代城市发展过程中新开发的区域，是引导城市城市交通发展，促进经济发展，优化城市布局的重要形式，其交通的可持续发展具有重要意义。本文分析研究了城市交通方式构成的发展和演变，并以TOD理念为基础，针对城市新区提出“公共交通为主、慢行交通为辅”的交通发展结构；同时结合城市新区交通发展与土地利用的关系，为新区交通可持续发展制定有效的交通发展策略，以公共交通引导城市新区发展。
城市新區是現代城市髮展過程中新開髮的區域，是引導城市城市交通髮展，促進經濟髮展，優化城市佈跼的重要形式，其交通的可持續髮展具有重要意義。本文分析研究瞭城市交通方式構成的髮展和縯變，併以TOD理唸為基礎，針對城市新區提齣“公共交通為主、慢行交通為輔”的交通髮展結構；同時結閤城市新區交通髮展與土地利用的關繫，為新區交通可持續髮展製定有效的交通髮展策略，以公共交通引導城市新區髮展。
