桂山水库因库容量少，集雨面积大，水库库区已多年未出现死水位，水库水位受雨天影响大，旧涵管封堵施工困难。旧涵管出口与厂房连接处的砌体出现裂缝，漏水厉害，严重威胁下游群众生命财产安全，并严重影响水库效益的发挥。本文作者结合自己的实际工作经历，介绍了桂山水库除险加固过程中旧涵管封堵的施工方法，对类似水库除险加固工程具有参考价值。

In this paper, the author combined with their actual workexperience, introduces the construction method for the reinforcement of Guishan reservoir in old culvert pipe plugging, the project is of reference value for the similarreservoir reinforcement.
