类风湿关节炎（RA ）是一种以侵蚀性关节炎为主要表现的自身免疫性疾病，可累及血液系统，RA 伴白细胞减少患者在临床中较常见，临床经验发现该类患者对治疗反应欠佳，该文将从 RA 伴白细胞减少的主要病因、发病机制、诊断、治疗等各方面进行综述，为临床治疗提供相关参考。

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA)is an autoimmune disease mainly characterized as erosive ar-thritis.RA may affect the blood system.RA accompanied with leukopenia is relatively common in clinical prac-tice.Clinical experience has demonstrated that these patients are poorly responsive to treatment.In this paper, the main causes,pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of RA complicated with leukopenia cases were summa-rized,aiming to provide reference for clinical treatment.
