为了满足现代工业生产过程自动化的需要,设计开发了一种新型的多回转阀门智能电动执行器的传动机构。首先,确定了新型的多回转阀门智能电动执行器传动机构的总体布置;然后,建立了各种齿轮的参数化模型,并基于虚拟样机技术对该型多回转阀门智能电动执行器的传动机构进行了结构设计,为后续的运动学和动力学仿真及结构优化提供了参数化模型。目前,该型电动执行器已投放市场,得到了用户的好评。

The gear transmission mechanism of a new type of multi-turn valves intelligent electric actuator is developed in this paper, in order to meet the need of modern industrial production process automation. Firstly,the overall layout of the gear transmission mechanism of the new type of multi-turn valves intelligent electric actuator is planed, secondly, all kinds of gears’ parametric models are established, and then, based on the virtual prototype technology, the structure of gear transmission mechanism is designed, so, a parameterized mode is provided for the subsequent kinematic and dynamic simulation and structure optimization. At present, the new electric actuators are manufactured and put on the market.
