为提高小扭矩时的加载精度并消除多余力矩,对舵机电动加载测试系统进行了建模与仿真。给出了加载系统的结构和工作原理,建立了系统数学模型,分析了系统稳定性,通过PID控制器进行偏差调节,以保证闭环控制系统的加载精度。分析了多余力矩产生的原因,并设计了前馈结构补偿环节来抑制多余力矩。在Simulink下对系统进行仿真,结果表明:所设计的电动加载测试系统加载精度高,有效地消除了多余力矩,满足舵机检测要求。

In order to improve the small torque loading precision and to eliminate the surplus torque, the electric loading and testing system of actuator is modeled and simulated. The structure and working principle of the loading system are given. The mathematical model of the system is established, and the stability of the system is determined. To ensure the loading precision of the closed loop control system, a PID controller for adjusting the deviation is designed. The causes of the surplus torque are analyzed, and the link with feedforward compensation is designed to restrain the surplus torque. The system is simulated under Simulink. The results show that the electric loading and testing system has a high loading precision, eliminates the surplus torque effectively,and meets the testing requirements.
