通过实验室配制实验用水及从工厂实际取水证明含氟废水的复杂性。改进传统的除氟工艺,将传统的沉淀法作为预处理,串联2级聚氯化铝的吸附单元,效果显著。结果表明:当氟化物浓度较高时,以传统工艺的沉淀反应为主;随着氟化物浓度的降低,沉淀反应不能继续发生,此时以聚氯化铝作为吸附剂,吸附水中氟离子。出水能够稳定达到10mg/L之下,符合国家的环保要求。

To prove the wastewater containing fluorine is complex through compounding of water in the laboratory and watering from the factory. To improve the traditional technology reducing fluoride, the traditional precipitation method as a preprocessing, series 2 stages adsorption process of poly aluminum chloride, the effect is significant. The results showed that when the concentration of fluoride is high, the traditional process of precipitation reaction is the main .With the lowering of the concentration of fluoride, precipitation reaction could not continue to happen, the poly aluminum chloride adsorption of fluorine ions in water as a adsorbent. The effluent can reach 10mg/L stably, in line with environmental protection requirements of the state.
