为发现宠物医院在管理中存在的问题，对长沙市部分宠物医院的药房管理情况采用问卷调查和药房实地调查的方式进行了专题调研。结果发现4方面问题：存在人用药品用于宠物疾病的治疗；非定点单位违规开展疫苗注射；宠物用保健品未获相关审批部门；免疫注射不规范。建议制定完善的药房管理制度，对药房工作人员进行资质认证，并适度放宽对生物制品使用的限制。
위발현총물의원재관리중존재적문제，대장사시부분총물의원적약방관리정황채용문권조사화약방실지조사적방식진행료전제조연。결과발현4방면문제：존재인용약품용우총물질병적치료；비정점단위위규개전역묘주사；총물용보건품미획상관심비부문；면역주사불규범。건의제정완선적약방관리제도，대약방공작인원진행자질인증，병괄도방관대생물제품사용적한제。
In order to find out the problems in pet hospital management,the investigation of medicine management in some pet hospitals in Changsha was carried out by means of questionnaire survey and field survey. The result revealed that some human drugs were commonly used in pets,the fixed point for vaccination vaccine unit,pet with health care products had not been approved from the relevant departments,immunization was not standardized in pet hospital. It was thus proposed that to formulate the sound pharmacy system,to conduct qualification certification for pharmacy staff and to relax proper the use of biological products.
