本文针对横置手动变速器用差速器研发过程中壳体的结构仿真验证进行研究。本文详细介绍了差速器壳体的仿真分析和判断方法，并从差速器壳体本体、差速器内置零部件匹配两个方面对变速器壳体的结构分析进行了研究；提出不同使用工况的分析建议。最终全面地完成了差速器开发流程中对于壳体的分析校核和结构验证。

This paper studies the simmulation verification of differential housing in transversal manual transmission in the R&D process.It expands on simmulation analysis method and judgement method , studiesdifferential housing structure analysis from two respects of differential housing body and inner parts system matching;It offers some advice in the different work-conditions.
