采用分子自组装技术在碳钢表面制备了3-巯基丙基三甲氧基硅烷自组装膜( MPTS-SAM)。通过原子力显微镜( AFM)观察了碳钢表面成膜过程,并对其表面粗糙度进行了分析;利用动电位极化曲线研究了该自组装膜对碳钢的缓蚀性能。结果显示:该自组装膜对碳钢具有良好的缓蚀性能,且经MPTS自组装分子膜改性处理的碳钢表面较平滑,粗糙度明显降低;硅烷分子的水解程度对自组装有一定影响,且随着组装时间的延长,自组装膜更完整,对碳钢的缓蚀效率更高。

Self -assembled monolayer of 3 -mercaptopropyl trimethoxysilane ( MPTS ) was fabricated on carbon-steel surface by molecular self -assembly process .Atomic force microscope ( AFM) was used to char-acterize the surface morphology of the film , while the corrosion -inhibitive properties of carbon steel were evalua-ted by potentiodynamic polarization techniques in the 0 .5 mol? L-1 HCl solution .The results show that the self-assembled monolayer of MPTS has a good inhibition performance on carbon steel , and the carbon steel surface modified by MPTS self-assembled monolayer is uniform and relatively smooth , while the surface roughness sig-nificantly reduced .In addition , the degree of hydrolysis of the silane molecules has a certain impact on the MPTS self-assembly .The SAM is more complete , and its inhibition efficiency increases with assembling time exten-ding.
