针对高g值加速度传感器脉冲校准中遇到的激励脉冲宽度问题,通过有限元分析法,模拟Hopkinson杆校准系统中激励加速度脉冲的产生过程,确定适用于加速度传感器冲击灵敏度校准和频率响应特性校准的激励脉冲宽度及其相应的碰撞组合;并通过试验手段,验证了仿真结论的正确性。试验结果表明,通过改变子弹头的形状和调整垫的材料和厚度,可以在同一Hopkinson杆校准系统中产生不同持续时间的激励脉冲,以适应不同的校准需求,最大限度地发挥Hopkinson杆校准系统的潜能。
針對高g值加速度傳感器脈遲校準中遇到的激勵脈遲寬度問題,通過有限元分析法,模擬Hopkinson桿校準繫統中激勵加速度脈遲的產生過程,確定適用于加速度傳感器遲擊靈敏度校準和頻率響應特性校準的激勵脈遲寬度及其相應的踫撞組閤;併通過試驗手段,驗證瞭倣真結論的正確性。試驗結果錶明,通過改變子彈頭的形狀和調整墊的材料和厚度,可以在同一Hopkinson桿校準繫統中產生不同持續時間的激勵脈遲,以適應不同的校準需求,最大限度地髮揮Hopkinson桿校準繫統的潛能。

In order to determine the duration of shock pulse exciting a highg accelerometer, a finite element method is used to simulate propagation of stress pulse and generation of acceleration pulse in a Hopkinson bar. The excitation pulse width is conformed for the calibration of shock sensitivity and frequency response characteristic of a high-g accelerometer. These excitation pulses are generated by using the corresponding collision component including projectile and adjusting pad. It is demonstrated that the excitation pulses with different duration can be generated in the same Hopkinson bar by changing the bullet shape of projectile and the material and thickness of adjusting pad to excite a high-g accelerometer for different calibration parameters.
