通过合理制定密肋梁模板、支撑体系及混凝土浇筑方案,解决密肋梁结构施工难题。模板采用玻璃钢模壳及木模体系,采用扣件式钢管架做为模板支撑架,混凝土采用细石补偿收缩混凝土。

통과합리제정밀륵량모판、지탱체계급혼응토요축방안,해결밀륵량결구시공난제。모판채용파리강모각급목모체계,채용구건식강관가주위모판지탱가,혼응토채용세석보상수축혼응토。
The selection of formwork, the design of formwork`s support in rib floor and the scheme for concrete pouring are the keys of solving waffle beam construction problem. During the project construction, we took wood pattern and glass steel as the formwork, using fastener-style steel pipe as formwork`s support, and pouring with fine aggregate concrete.
