目的:探讨光子嫩肤技术治疗面部皮肤光老化的临床疗效。方法:将200例皮肤光老化患者分为三组。第一、二组采用LumenisOne强脉冲光子嫩肤仪560nm波长,双脉冲,脉宽为3.0~5.0nm,脉冲延迟时间为20~30ms,能量密度为15~25J/cm2;第三组采用640nm波长,三脉冲,脉宽为3.0~6.0nm,脉冲延迟时间为25~35ms,能量密度为18~25J/cm2进行治疗,经过6次治疗后判定疗效。结果:三组患者在合适的波长、脉冲宽度、延迟时间、能量密度下经过6次治疗,有效率分别88.75%、80.0%、81.8%,在6个月内随访显示4例皮损加重,但皮损加重程度均较轻且面积不超过原皮损面积的1/3。结论:光子嫩肤技术对皮肤光老化具有良好的效果,不良反应小,复发率低,是一种安全、可靠的治疗方法,值得临床推广应用。

목적:탐토광자눈부기술치료면부피부광노화적림상료효。방법:장200례피부광노화환자분위삼조。제일、이조채용LumenisOne강맥충광자눈부의560nm파장,쌍맥충,맥관위3.0~5.0nm,맥충연지시간위20~30ms,능량밀도위15~25J/cm2;제삼조채용640nm파장,삼맥충,맥관위3.0~6.0nm,맥충연지시간위25~35ms,능량밀도위18~25J/cm2진행치료,경과6차치료후판정료효。결과:삼조환자재합괄적파장、맥충관도、연지시간、능량밀도하경과6차치료,유효솔분별88.75%、80.0%、81.8%,재6개월내수방현시4례피손가중,단피손가중정도균교경차면적불초과원피손면적적1/3。결론:광자눈부기술대피부광노화구유량호적효과,불량반응소,복발솔저,시일충안전、가고적치료방법,치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To study the technology of photon tender skin clinical curative effect for the treatment of facial skin photoaging. Methods 200 patients with skin photoaging is divided into three groups, one, two groups use LumenisOne strong pulse photon tender skin 560 nm wavelength and double pulse, the pulse width of 3.0 to 5.0 nm, pulse delay time for 20-30 ms, energy density 15 to 25J/cm2, the third group with 640 nm wavelength, three pulse width of 3.0 to 3.0 nm, pulse delay Energy density is between 25- 35 ms, treatment for 18 to 25J/cm2,to study the efficacy of treatment after six times. Results Three groups of patients in the appropriate wavelength, pulse width, delay time and the energy density after six times under treatment,Efficient 88.75,80.0% and 81.8% , respectively, in six months follow-up no 4 cases lesions is aggravating,but skin Degree of damage is aggravating are lighter and area of not more than 1/3 of the original lesion area. Conclusions The photon tender skin technology Light aging has a good effect,less adverse reaction,recurrence rate is low, is a safe and reliable treatment,worthy of clinical promotion.
