党校是培养当代干部的重要基地。多年来，各地党校对推动教学科研一体化都做了有益尝试。本文从各地党校推进教学科研一体化发展的实际出发，结合党校教学、科研工作特点，通过概括归纳和比较分析，以各相关因素在教学科研一体化发展中所起的不同作用为视角，建构教学主导型、科研主导型、学科主导型、项目主导型、基地主导型等多种教学科研一体化发展的类型模式。
