间充质干细胞（MSC）由于具有自我更新、多向分化及旁分泌功能，被看作是留存在成人体内的胚胎干细胞。MSC 能够在组织损伤所致的趋化因子刺激下迁移到损伤基底部分化成血管内皮细胞或周皮细胞、旁分泌多种促血管生成的细胞因子如血管内皮生长因子和转化生长因子β等促进创面血管新生及细胞外基质重建，为局部创面的修复创造良好微环境，加速糖尿病溃疡、大面积烧伤等所致慢性创面的愈合。因此，本文主要就 MSC 促进血管新生在创面修复方面的作用及机制做一综述。

Mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) with self renewal,multidirectional differentiation, paracrine function is considered to be retained embryonic stem cells in the adult body.Under the stimulus of chemokines caused by injury tissue,mesenchymal stem cells can migrate to the base of tissue,differentiating into vascular endothelial cells or pericyte,promoting angiogenesis by secrete a variety of cytokines,such as vascular endothelial growth factor and transforming growth factor beta and so on,accelerating angiogenesis and extracellular matrix reconstructtion,providing a good environment for repairing of local injury,promoting chronic wound healing caused by diabetic ulcers and large area burn and all.Here,we outline mechanisms and roles by which MSC can accelerate angiogenesis in the wound repair.
