大学生科研实践能力很重要,如何有效培养与提高成为各个工科院校所关注的热点。本文重点分析了影响大学生科研能力的培养因素,探讨了如何创建高效的人才培养模式,采用因素比重法进行分析,并以构建创新科研实践平台为契合点,对行之有效的创新人才培养和科研能力提高模式进行了研究。通过分析与研究,对进一步探索提高大学生科研能力培养模式,提出了建设性建议。

University students' scientific research and practice a-bility is important, so how to effectively cultivate and improve it has become a hot topic among engineering colleges and universi-ties. This paper focuses on the factors influencing the cultivation of university students' scientific research ability, explores the construction of an efficient talent cultivation model. It adopts fac-tor-rating method to implement the analysis, and with the con-struction of innovative scientific research and practice platform as the opportunity, studies the feasible model of innovative talent cultivation and scientific research ability improvement. The anal-ysis and research are of great benefit to further exploring the model to improve the cultivation of university students' scientific research ability.
