高校学生事务与管理是育人工作的重要平台，伴随着经济全球化、文化多元化、教育国际化，国内高校的学生事务工作也需要不断地更新理念，开阔视野，在坚持优良传统的基础上，积极借鉴和学习国外先进的教育理念和方式方法。本文旨在介绍和比较新加坡高校学生事务工作的相关做法，学习新加坡高校在学生事务管理与服务方面的先进经验，增强育人实效。

University student affairs work and its management is an important platform of education. Along with economic global-ization, cultural diversification, and educational internationaliza-tion, the concept of domestic university student affairs work also needs continuous innovation. To broaden our horizons, we should actively learn from foreign advanced education concepts and methods based on our excellent traditions. This paper is aimed to introduce and compare related measures in the university student affairs work of Singapore, and learn the advanced experience of Singapore in student affairs management and service, thus en-hancing the effectiveness of education.
