本文结合两个相似项目应用传统方式和BIM方式的对比,验证通过合理组建BIM团队,制定BIM应用目标,规范BIM应用流程和标准等方式是可以让BIM技术在企业中生存的,并且可以发展得很好,同时也可以看到BIM技术确实解决了建筑设计中经常出现的错漏碰却问题,保证施工图的出图质量减少变更,提前解决施工阶段最复杂的管线综合和施工模拟工作,探索了BIM技术在传统设计院的发展及管理方法,达到了提高项目设计质量和效率,提升企业竞争力的目的。

In this paper, two similar projects using traditional methods and BIM contrast methods, Facts have proved that by setting BIM application goal, standardize the BIM application procedure and standard, the BIM technology can be Survived in the enterprise,and developed good.We can aiso see BIM technology does solved the error often appears in architectural design,ensure the quality of construction draws in order to reduce the change, at the same time in advance to solve the work of Pipeline Configuration and Construction simulation which are the most comprehensive in the construction stage, explore the development of BIM technology in the traditional design and management methods, to improve the quality of project design and efficiency, promote the competitiveness of the enterprise purpose.
