Consulting the structure of Link11/B, the problem existing on the airborne station in the process of realizing short wave communication, and the requirement of aviation short wave communication network and short wave communication link are analyzed. The diversity of the geography and frequency, faster link building, multi-service support, wireless calling, constructing airborne station soft-ware system, and other technologies are adapted to realize Ground-to-Air and Air-to-Air short wave communication, and solve the prob-lem occurred in constructing Air-to-Air and Ground-to-Air link of the aviation short wave communication network.
