为了提高生物技术专业本科生的科研素质，以生物化学实验为例，通过分析生物化学实验教学中出现的问题，进行了教学改革，如实验设计、报告撰写、实验动手能力的训练，以及科研意识的训练等。这些方法的实施，调动了学生动手操作的积极性，提高了动手操作、数据处理以及结果分析等能力。生物化学实验课程与科研训练的有机结合，提高了本科毕业论文的质量，取得理想的教学效果，为学生的就业和深造奠定了基础。

In order to improve research quality of biotechnology undergraduates, teaching reforms were carried out by means of analyzing the problems in biochemistry experiments. These re-forms include design of experiments, report writing, practical training, and research consciousness training. With the help of these schemes, the enthusiasm of hands-on training was aroused. The students' integrative capability, such as manual operation, data processing and result analysis ability, was improved. Through the organic combination of basic experimental courses and research training, the quality of undergraduate thesis was improved. Teaching effects were satisfactory. These schemes laid the groundwork for students' employment and further education.
