随着我国新一轮基础教育领域改革的不断深化,民族农村地区的小学教师的生存状态成为教育界关注的热点问题。本文通过对张家川回族自治县X乡教师和家长的调查,从社会、学校、民族文化等视觉角度分析了影响该地区农村小学教师生存状态的因素,并提出改善教师住房、完善教师评价制度,拓宽专业成长、做好社会宣传工作,转变婚育观念等调整措施。

With the continuous deepening of the new round of ba-sic education reform in China, the survival state of rural primary school teachers in ethnic minority areas has become a hot topic in the educational field. Through a survey on teachers and parents of X Township of Zhangjiachuan Hui Autonomous County, this pa-per analyzed the factors that leading to the poor survival state of rural primary school teachers in this area from the perspectives of the society, school and ethnic culture, and proposed correspond-ing adjustment measures, such as improving teachers' housing, perfecting the teacher evaluation system, broadening professional growth, improving social propaganda work, and changing the concept of marriage and childbearing.
