许多高职院校建筑工程造价专业的人才培养目标,仅定位于培养房建工程造价专业人才。这种单一性的人才培养目标,已经不能适应建筑行业对建筑工程造价专业人才多样性的需求。经过对建筑工程造价专业人才社会需求调查以及相关教学研究,我们把建筑工程造价专业单一性的人才培养目标,拓展为房建、装饰、市政、安装四个方向的工程造价专业人才培养目标,并按照四个方向工程造价专业人才培养目标,进行建筑工程造价专业再次建设,形成了一个人才培养方案适用于培养四个方向工程造价专业人才的教学模式,提高了建筑工程造价专业的办学灵活性和满足社会需求的适应性。本文详细介绍了我们进行建筑工程造价专业再建设的思路和取得的专业再建设成果。

The talent training goals of construction cost major in many higher vocational colleges are merely based on cultivating talents for house-building construction cost. The single talent training goal can no longer meet the diversified needs of the con-struction industry for construction cost talents. After a survey on the social needs of construction cost talents and related teaching research, we expanded the single talent training goal of construc-tion cost major to a training goal in such four directions as house building, ornamentation, city planning, and installation, and re-constructed the major of construction cost in accordance with the four aspects, forming a teaching model with one talent training scheme that can adapt to the cultivation of construction cost tal-ents in four directions, which has improved the flexibility of con-struction cost major and met social needs. This paper detailed out the idea of reconstructing construction cost major and the results that we achieved.
