环境会在潜移默化中对一个人的行为和品德产生巨大的影响，从后勤工作出发，开展环境育人工作对大学生的德育所产生的正面影响受到越来越多高校的关注和重视。文章以广西交通职业技术学院为例，探讨后勤环境建设在德育教育领域的新途径和方法，论述如何充分发挥高校后勤环境育人作用，在潜移默化中开展德育教育。

Environment will have a massive impact on a person’s behavior and morality subtly. From the logistics work, the positive effect on college students through carrying out the work of environmental education is being pained close attention and attached great importance by more and more colleges and universities. The paper, taking the Guangxi Vocational and Technical College for Communication as an example, explores new ways and methods of the establishment of logistics environment in the field of moral education, and discusses how to fully play role of college logistics environment in education, then carries out moral education subtly.
