本论文综述了岱海电厂四号机组四大管道支吊架的运行现状和存在的问题，分析评估了支吊架问题对管道运行安全性的影响，并对四大管道进行了载荷、位移和应力校核计算；经检验，调整后管道支吊架恢复至正常的工作状态，管系应力合格，达到了预期的整改目的，对同容量600MW亚临界机组管道支吊架调整具有重要借鉴意义。
本論文綜述瞭岱海電廠四號機組四大管道支弔架的運行現狀和存在的問題，分析評估瞭支弔架問題對管道運行安全性的影響，併對四大管道進行瞭載荷、位移和應力校覈計算；經檢驗，調整後管道支弔架恢複至正常的工作狀態，管繫應力閤格，達到瞭預期的整改目的，對同容量600MW亞臨界機組管道支弔架調整具有重要藉鑒意義。
본논문종술료대해전엄사호궤조사대관도지조가적운행현상화존재적문제，분석평고료지조가문제대관도운행안전성적영향，병대사대관도진행료재하、위이화응력교핵계산；경검험，조정후관도지조가회복지정상적공작상태，관계응력합격，체도료예기적정개목적，대동용량600MW아림계궤조관도지조가조정구유중요차감의의。
This thesis introduces the Stateful Inspection and questions about the four pipes’s hangers and supports in the daihai power plant, analyses and estimates the hungers and the supports’s influence to the pipes’s safety and calculates about the loading、displacement and stress;By examining, the pipes’s dungers and supports recover to the normal working condition and the pipes’s stress is qualified. After al , we achieve the prospective purpose. At the end, it can be used for reference to the power plant which have the same capability(600MW subcritical unit)about the four pipes’s hungers and the supports.
