网购已成为高校师生重要的购物方式，随着师生对网购需求的增长，快递公司进入高校愈来愈多，尽管快递公司采取了许多措施来满足师生的不同需求，但是服务中的滞留件、分散件、损失件等现象普遍存在。如何解决收发件困难、质量与安全、解决1000米问题成了快递公司急需解决的一大难题。文章拟在调查分析广西民族大学相思湖学院中转站存在问题的基础上，提出一些建议。
