[目的]探讨神经内科重症监护室(ICU)实施量化考评管理的效果。[方法]依据月优秀护理组评选表对神经内科 ICU 护理人员实施量化考评，并比较实施前(2013年第4季度)与实施后(2014年第1季度)护理部季度质量检查结果与医生、护士、病人满意度调查结果，分析量化考评管理的效果。[结果]实施量化考评管理后，护理部季度质量检查得分及医生、护士、病人满意度调查得分均提高，与实施前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]实施量化考评管理能有效提高护理质量和医生、护士、病人满意度。
[목적]탐토신경내과중증감호실(ICU)실시양화고평관리적효과。[방법]의거월우수호리조평선표대신경내과 ICU 호리인원실시양화고평，병비교실시전(2013년제4계도)여실시후(2014년제1계도)호리부계도질량검사결과여의생、호사、병인만의도조사결과，분석양화고평관리적효과。[결과]실시양화고평관리후，호리부계도질량검사득분급의생、호사、병인만의도조사득분균제고，여실시전비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.01)。[결론]실시양화고평관리능유효제고호리질량화의생、호사、병인만의도。
Objective:To probe into the effect of quantified appraisal management in ICU in department of neu-rology.Methods:Based on monthly excellent nursing group selection table,the quantified appraisal was imple-mented for nursing personnel in ICU in department of neurology and to compare the quarterly quality examina-tion results in nursing department and satisfaction survey results of doctors,nurses and patients between before implementation (fourth quarter 2013)and after implementation (first quarter 2014),then to analyze the effect of quantified appraisal management.Results:After the implementation of quantified appraisal management,the score of quarterly quality examination in nursing department and satisfaction survey score of doctors,nurses and patients were improved.Conclusion:The implementation of quantified appraisal management can effectively im-prove the nursing quality and the satisfaction of doctors,nurses and patients.
