[目的]分析传染科与综合内科护理人员的心理状况的差异,并探讨传染科护理人员的心理状况与生活事件的相关性。[方法]采用一般资料调查表、症状自评量表(SCL 90)和生活事件量表(Life Event Scale,LES)对120名传染科护理人员和120名综合内科护理人员的心理状况进行调查并对比分析。[结果]传染科护理人员 SCL 90总分和 LES总分高于综合内科护理人员(P<0.05),且传染科护理人员生活事件总分与 SCL 90总分呈正相关关系。[结论]传染科护理人员不良心理状况突出,且不良生活事件与心理状况密切相关,应制定有针对性的改善措施,提高传染科护理人员的心理健康状况。

Objective:To analyze the difference of psychological status of nursing personnel in department of in-fectious disease and department of general internal medicine,and to probe into the correlation between psycho-logical status and life events of nursing personnel in department of infectious disease.Methods:The general in-formation questionnaire,Self reporting Inventory,SCL 90 and Life Event Scale,LES were used to conduct in-vestigation and comparative analysis of the psychological state of 120 nursing personnel in infectious department nursing staff and 120 nursing personnel in department of general internal medicine.Results:Total SCL 90 score and LES score of the nursing personnel in department of infectious diseases were higher than that in de-partment of general internal medicine (P<0.05),and the life events score was positive correlated with the SCL 90 score of nursing personnel in department of infectious diseases.Conclusion:The adverse psychological status of nursing personnel in department of infectious disease is prominent,and adverse life events are closely related to psychological status.The targeted improvement measures should be developed,so as to improve the psychologi-cal health status of nursing personnel in department of infectious diseases.
