目的：确保王府井哈尔滨项目实现高质、高效、低损耗的施工目的，提高工程项目的管理能力。方法：将4D模拟的应用扩展至项目施工阶段，对4D模拟的3D模型进行研究，研究BIM模型创建方法，在模型的创建过程中对图纸进行校正，将实际施工信息链接到项目中。结果：自动化创建的BIM实时施工模型可以动态的跟踪项目进展情况，能提高模型的准确性和减少建模工作量，利用REVIT等软件可进行碰撞模拟。结论：通过BIM技术，进行虚拟建造，优化施工流程，提升了施工质量，有效地降低成本。

Purpose: Ensure the wangfujing Harbin project implementation with high quality, high efficiency, low loss of construction purpose, improve the management ability of the project. Method The extension of the 4D simulation of application to the project construction phase, the study of 4D simulation of 3D models, research BIM model creation method, in the process of model creation to correction of drawings, the actual construction information link to the project.Result Construction of the real-time BIM model can dynamical y tracking the progress of the project,it can improve the accuracy of the models and reduce work load modeling,Using software such as REVIT can simulate col ision.ConclusionThrough the BIM technology,we can built virtual y, optimize the construction process,improve the quality and schedule,reduce the cost effectively.
