随着轨道交通信号系统CBTC技术的逐步成熟和实际应用，地铁运营部门在运营初期会根据既有信号系统降级运营的特点，制定有针对性的行车组织规则或降级运营规章制度，确保在信号系统CBTC故障情况下地铁线路仍能够安全高效运营。天津地铁2、3号线作为国内较早采用庞巴迪公司CITYFLO650信号系统的地铁线路，在开通试运行初即实现了CBTC，积累了一些CBTC降级运营的经验。以天津地铁2、3号线为例，介绍天津地铁2、3号线信号系统降级处置的经验和方法，对地铁行车组织方式方法进行了一些创新。

With the CBTC technology of rail transit signal system maturing and putted into practical applica-tions, subway line enterprises can make targeted traffic organization rules and fallback-mode operating rules and regulations, to make sure that the subway lines can continue to run safely and efficiently when the signal system failed, according to fallback-mode operating features of its own signal system.Tianjing subway line 2 and 3 are two of the subway lines that using Metro Line CITYFLO650 signal system of Bombardier Inc.At the beginning of trial running , it had realized the CBTC technology, accumulating some experience of CBTC fallback-mode running. Taking Tianjing subway line 2 and 3 for example, this article mainly introduces the experiences and methods of han-dling signal system in fallback -mode, and make some innovation in subway traffic organization.
