目的：比较数字乳腺三维断层摄影技术( DBT)联合全数字化乳腺摄影( FFDM)与单独FFDM诊断乳腺癌的准确度。方法选择乳腺病变患者102例,分别对FFDM、FFDM联合DBT进行独立诊断,评价两者诊断乳腺癌的准确度。结果 FFDM、FFDM联合DBT诊断乳腺癌的ROC曲线下面积分别为0.801及0.940,差异具有显著性(P=0.002)。在>40~50岁、<1cm~≤2cm、未绝经及乳腺密度ACR3+ACR4的病例中,FFDM联合DBT的诊断准确度高于FFDM,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 FFDM 联合 DBT与单独FFDM相比在一定程度上提高了诊断乳腺癌的准确度。

Objective To compare the diagnostic accuracy of FFDM and DBT plus FFDM in the assessment of breast cancer. Method 102 patients who had breast lesions were selected. FFDM and FFDM plus DBT were used to esti﹣mate the breast lesions respectively. Pathological diagnosis were considered as golden standard. Result The AUC of ROC for FFDM alone was 0. 801, while for FFDM plus DBT it was increased to 0. 940, with statistically significant differences, P=0. 002. The diagnostic accuracy was higher in subgroup with>40 age~50 age, subgroup with<1cm~≤2cm, subgroup with non﹣manopause women and subgroup with ACR3+ACR4 breast density by using FFDM plus DBT than by using FFDM alone, with statistically significant differences, P<0. 05. Conclusion The diagnostic accuracy of breast cancer was improved to some extent by using DBT plus FFDM than by using FFDM alone.
