轮状病毒感染性腹泻好发于6~24个月婴幼儿，流行于秋冬季节，是5岁以下小儿中发病率较高的疾病之一，具有病情进展快、病死率高的特点。轮状病毒感染性腹泻为自限性疾病，自然病程为3~8天，目前医学尚无特效药，因此与治疗目的一致的护理干预措施对减轻患儿症状、缩短病程、防止继发感染具有重要意义。本文对小儿轮状病毒感染性腹泻的个性化护理进行论述，给儿科临床护理工作者提供参考，以提高临床疗效，促进患儿康复。

Infection with rotavirus diarrhea which is a self limiting disease,natural history for 3~8 days, at present there is no speciifc medicine to medicine, so the purpose of treatment and nursing intervention measures favorable to symptoms, short en the course of disease, prevent the secondary infection has importantsigniifcance. In this paper, personalized nursing infectious diarrheain children with rotavirus are summarized, providing reference forpediatric clinical nursing workers, in order to improve the clinicalcurative effect, promote the rehabilitation.
