[目的]探讨护理干预对干细胞移植病人围术期疾病不确定感的影响。[方法]将40例干细胞移植病人按国际通用随机字母表随机分为对照组和观察组，每组20例，对照组实施常规护理指导，观察组在常规护理指导基础上给予系统的护理干预措施。采用疾病不确定感量表(MUIS)对于入院时、手术前1 d、手术后7 d、出院时进行疾病不确定感调查。[结果]40例病人疾病不确定感得分为110.7分±5.53分，处于中等水平。两组病人在入院时疾病不确定感量表总分及各维度得分比较，差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)；观察组病人干预后在手术前1 d、术后7 d 及出院时疾病不确定感量表总分低于对照组(P <0.05)。[结论]对干细胞移植病人进行围术期系统的护理干预能降低病人的疾病不确定感。

Objective:To probe into the influence of nursing intervention on perioperative uncertainty in illness of patients with stem cell transplantation.Methods:A total of 40 patients with stem cell transplant were randomly divided into experimental group and control group based on international general random alphabet,20 cases in each.The patients in control group only received the regular nursing guidance,besides that the patients in exper-imental group received the systematic nursing intervention.Uncertainty in Illness Scale(MUIS)was used for uncertainty in disease investigation on admission,on 1 d before surgery,7 d after surgery and at discharge.Re-sults:Patients’uncertainty in illness score was 1 10.7±5.53,at a medium level.the difference was not statistical-ly significant in total score and scores of illness uncertainty Scale at admission between both groups (P >0.05);the total score of illness uncertainty scale of intervention group patients was higher than that in control group on 1 d before surgery,7 d after surgery (P < 0.05 ).Conclusion:Perioperative nursing intervention for stem cell transplantation patients can significantly reduce the patient's uncertainty in illness.
