以最优化条件下制得的壳聚糖微球为吸附剂,处理甲基红、活性艳红、副品红三种酸性染料模拟废水,研究其处理酸性染料废水的可行性及其影响因素。结果表明壳聚糖微球的最佳制备条件为:壳聚糖溶液浓度3%,戊二醛溶液溶度为3%,交联剂经过2mol/LNaOH溶液调pH约至7。壳聚糖处理吸附染料废水的最优化条件:pH值为6.7~7.0之间,投加量为1200粒,吸附时间为150min。
以最優化條件下製得的殼聚糖微毬為吸附劑,處理甲基紅、活性豔紅、副品紅三種痠性染料模擬廢水,研究其處理痠性染料廢水的可行性及其影響因素。結果錶明殼聚糖微毬的最佳製備條件為:殼聚糖溶液濃度3%,戊二醛溶液溶度為3%,交聯劑經過2mol/LNaOH溶液調pH約至7。殼聚糖處理吸附染料廢水的最優化條件:pH值為6.7~7.0之間,投加量為1200粒,吸附時間為150min。
이최우화조건하제득적각취당미구위흡부제,처리갑기홍、활성염홍、부품홍삼충산성염료모의폐수,연구기처리산성염료폐수적가행성급기영향인소。결과표명각취당미구적최가제비조건위:각취당용액농도3%,무이철용액용도위3%,교련제경과2mol/LNaOH용액조pH약지7。각취당처리흡부염료폐수적최우화조건:pH치위6.7~7.0지간,투가량위1200립,흡부시간위150min。
Under the most optimal condition, the chitosan microspheres were made as adsorbents, treatment of methyl red,X-3B, Pararosaniline three kinds of Acid Dyes simulated wastewater,to study the treatment feasibility of acidic wastewater and its influencing factors. The results showed that chitosan microspheres for the best preparation conditions: chitosan concentration of 3%, 3% glutaraldehyde solution solubility, After cross-linking agent solution adjusted pH of about 2mol/LNaOH to 7. Chitosan Adsorption of wastewater and the optimum conditions: pH value of 6.7 ~ 7.0, dosage of 1200, the adsorption time is 150min.
