文章探讨了地方高校药事管理与法规的教学方法，浅析如何做好有效课堂，提出了主要从培养目标及培养理念、整合教学内容注重理论与案例相结合突出专业特点、教学中要善于利用现代教学技术及注重课堂互动、注重实践见习扩大学生视野及激发学生兴趣等方面进行了研究，取得较好的效果。

The article discusses the pharmacy administration and regulations course in local colleges teaching method. We analyzed the how to make effective classroom. Presented mainly from the cultivation objectives and concept, integrating the teaching contents focus on theory and case combination of outstanding professional characteristics, teaching must be good at using modern teaching technology and pay attention to the classroom interaction, practical trainee to expand student field of vision and stimulate students interest was studied. We obtained good results.
