ABSTRACT:Taking the fracture of the pantograph head spring of HXD2-type locomotive in service in the operation of Hohhot-Junggar Line as an example, this paper analyzes in detail some problems existing in the cooperation between pantograph and catenary from two aspects of the catenary and electric locomotive pantograph, and puts forward some corresponding improvement measures.
