目的：观察溶血和黄疸对(1，3)-β-D-葡聚糖检测的影响。方法随机抽取本院367例门诊体检者空腹静脉血标本（无溶血、及黄疸），用MB-80微生物动态检测系统分析仪分别检测溶血前后血浆(1，3)-β-D-葡聚糖并进行比较。结果溶血和黄疸血浆中(1，3)-β-D-葡聚糖显著高于正常血浆，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论溶血和黄疸对(1，3)-β-D-葡聚糖检测项目有明显的干扰和影响，临床检验工作人员应采取相应措施避免标本溶血和黄疸的发生。
목적：관찰용혈화황달대(1，3)-β-D-포취당검측적영향。방법수궤추취본원367례문진체검자공복정맥혈표본（무용혈、급황달），용MB-80미생물동태검측계통분석의분별검측용혈전후혈장(1，3)-β-D-포취당병진행비교。결과용혈화황달혈장중(1，3)-β-D-포취당현저고우정상혈장，차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론용혈화황달대(1，3)-β-D-포취당검측항목유명현적간우화영향，림상검험공작인원응채취상응조시피면표본용혈화황달적발생。
Objective: To observe the hemolysis and jaundice (1, 3) - effects of beta glucan detection -D-.Methods:randomly selected 367 cases of hospital outpatient physical fasting venous blood samples (hemolysis,and jaundice) were detected before and after use, hemolysis plasmaanalyzer detection system MB-80 (1, 3) microbial dynamic beta glucanand compare -D-. Results:of hemolysis and jaundice in plasma (1, 3) -beta -D- dextran was signiifcantly higher than that of normal plasma, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05).Conclusion: hemolysis andjaundice on (1, 3) - beta glucan detection project -D-disturbance and inlfuence of obvious clinical test, the staff should take the correspondingmeasures to avoid the hemolysis and jaundice.
