目的：观察直流电普鲁卡因离子导入治疗三叉神经痛的疗效。方法将56例三叉神经痛患者随机分成两组，对照组26例，口服卡马西平、甲钴胺；治疗组30例，在口服卡马西平、甲钴胺的同时，疼痛部位做直流电普鲁卡因离子导入治疗。采用国际通用数字评价量表对两组治疗前后疼痛评分对比。结果治疗组与对照组比较，疼痛评分明显降低，有效率显著增高，起效时间、显效时间显著缩短(P<0.05)，两组不良反应率比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论直流电普鲁卡因离子导入治疗能有效减轻三叉神经痛，改善患者生活质量，安全有效。
목적：관찰직류전보로잡인리자도입치료삼차신경통적료효。방법장56례삼차신경통환자수궤분성량조，대조조26례，구복잡마서평、갑고알；치료조30례，재구복잡마서평、갑고알적동시，동통부위주직류전보로잡인리자도입치료。채용국제통용수자평개량표대량조치료전후동통평분대비。결과치료조여대조조비교，동통평분명현강저，유효솔현저증고，기효시간、현효시간현저축단(P<0.05)，량조불량반응솔비교차이무현저성(P>0.05)。결론직류전보로잡인리자도입치료능유효감경삼차신경통，개선환자생활질량，안전유효。
Objective To investigate the efficacy, physical therapy and drug adverse reactions of Direct current pro﹣caine iontophoresis in the treatment of Trigeminal neuralgia. Method Fifty﹣six Trigeminal neuralgia patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group take carbamazepine and mecobalamine orally in 26 cases,the treatment group take carbamazepine and mecobalamine orally plus Direct current procaine iontophoresis in 30 cases. Pain scores measured by numerical rating scale between the two groups before and after the treatment . Result There were lower pain scores,higher effective rate and shorter onset time and action time in treatment group than those in control group (P<0. 05). the difference of side effects in two groups was statistically significant(P>0. 05). Conclu﹣sion Direct current procaine iontophoresis is an effective treatment to relieve the trigeminal neuralgia,it is secure and efficient to improve the quality f life.
