目的:探讨小脑海绵状血管瘤的影像学表现,诊断和病理学特点。方法:回顾性研究我院10年间进行显微手术治疗且病理证实为小脑海绵状血管瘤15例患者的临床资料,并对其进行分析。结果:14例急性起病,表现为小脑自发性出血。其中有1例以共济失调为表现慢性起病。头 MRI 平扫与增强多表现为 T1高信号,T 2高或混杂信号,病灶周围有环形低信号带。磁敏感加权成像序列(SWI)更有助于诊断。结论:自发性出血是本病的主要症状,多有共济失调等小脑受损体征。 MRI 具有较高的诊断特异性。
目的:探討小腦海綿狀血管瘤的影像學錶現,診斷和病理學特點。方法:迴顧性研究我院10年間進行顯微手術治療且病理證實為小腦海綿狀血管瘤15例患者的臨床資料,併對其進行分析。結果:14例急性起病,錶現為小腦自髮性齣血。其中有1例以共濟失調為錶現慢性起病。頭 MRI 平掃與增彊多錶現為 T1高信號,T 2高或混雜信號,病竈週圍有環形低信號帶。磁敏感加權成像序列(SWI)更有助于診斷。結論:自髮性齣血是本病的主要癥狀,多有共濟失調等小腦受損體徵。 MRI 具有較高的診斷特異性。
목적:탐토소뇌해면상혈관류적영상학표현,진단화병이학특점。방법:회고성연구아원10년간진행현미수술치료차병리증실위소뇌해면상혈관류15례환자적림상자료,병대기진행분석。결과:14례급성기병,표현위소뇌자발성출혈。기중유1례이공제실조위표현만성기병。두 MRI 평소여증강다표현위 T1고신호,T 2고혹혼잡신호,병조주위유배형저신호대。자민감가권성상서렬(SWI)경유조우진단。결론:자발성출혈시본병적주요증상,다유공제실조등소뇌수손체정。 MRI 구유교고적진단특이성。
Objective :Cerebellar cavernous malformation was comparatively rare in intracranial vascular malformation with a lower incidence .This paper discusses the imaging findings ,diagnosis ,pathology .Methods :Retrospective study of nearly 15 years in our hospital 15 patients with pathological diagnosis for patients with cere‐bellar cavernous malformation cases ,who underwent surgical treatment ,according to the imaging findings ,patho‐logical diagnosis and prognosis were analyzed carefully .Results :14 cases had acute onset ,with the symptom of cere‐bellum hemorrhage ,1 case had chronic onset ,with the signs of progressive ataxia .T1 WI shows low or equal signal ;T2 WI shows non‐homogeneous high and mixed signal with a surrounding hypointense rim ,susceptibility‐weighted imaging (SWI) increase the diagnostic specificity and sensitivity of cerebella cavernous malformation .Conclusions :Spontaneous hemorrhage is the main symptoms of cerebellar carvernous malformation ,which with the signs of cere‐bellum damage as ataxia .MRI has a high differential and sensitivity .
