芒果营养价值高,除鲜食外,常被加工成果脯、果干等,其加工副产物果皮多被废弃。而芒果皮富含黄酮类化合物,采用微波辅助溶剂法从不同品种的芒果皮中提取具有生理活性的黄酮。用微波辅助溶剂法提取,采用单因素设计试验,对芒果皮黄酮的工艺进行研究,最佳工艺条件为微波功率500 W,提取时间20 min,提取温度30℃,料液比1∶30,乙醇体积分数80%。

More and more mango peel is generated by mango processing factories. It has been reported that mango peel is a rich source of flavonoid, which have a broad spectrum of bioactivities. In order to effectively extract flavonoid compounds from mango peel, investigation of microwave-assisted extraction is carried out. The whole experiments are carefully designed and optimized with single-factor experiment. Factors, such as microwave power, extraction time, extraction temperature, ethanol concentration, and ratio of solvent to pomace are investigated. Results show that the optimized extraction conditions are microwave power 500 W, extraction time 20 min, extraction temperature 30 ℃, ratio of solvent to peel 1∶30, ethanol concentration 80%.
